Jim from Solid Waste Authority, our office is receiving calls from your residents in the Palms in regards to new garbage carts. Could you sent out info to residents no exchanges till January
Governing Documents
In order to clarify the misinformation that was recently mailed to all residents, for those who wish to obtain a PDF of the proposed changes to the governing documents, please contact Campbell Property and request a copy.
Garbage Pails Followup
ATTENTION RESIDENTS:
The NEW garbage pails are NOT to be used until OCTOBER 1. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM NOW, SWA attached a note on the cans indicating this info.
Garbage Pails
Our new garbage pails have been delivered by SWA. Here is info about what they suggest we do with our old ones:
SWA suggests the following:
- Use the old can for vegetation pick up on Monday morning.
- If you don’t want to keep the old can, place a plastic garbage bag over top or bottom of the old can and lie it on its side at the curb for Monday pick-up/disposal.
Power Washing Update
Just received confirmation notice that power washing of the driveways and walkways will begin Tues. Sept 3.
