Starting on Wednesday October 17th and through Thursday October 18th Hartzell Painting will have their inspector on premises to inspect homes for issues that may need repair and/or change prior to doing our house painting. They will be identified by shirts with their company name on them.
Starting in early October Hartzell will be coming around doing a pre painting inspection of homes. They will be doing an inspection report and you will receive a copy of this report in the mail from Campbell Property Management.
PLEASE OPEN THIS ENVELOPE. It will contain information regarding any recommended repairs or adjustments (such as screens, awnings, cracks, etc).
These recommended repairs can be done by Hartzell or your own contractor.
If screens need to be removed, Hartzell will replace at $90.00 each or you may use your own contractor.
Any awning company will be able to take down and reinstall your awnings if necessary. This will be on a case basis. We do not recommend any particular awning company.
Start date for painting will be January 7th 2019.
Any questions please contact Sheila Schube, email@example.com
Dear Members of the Boca Pointe Community:
On Wednesday, August 29th the Solid Waste Authority Governing Board voted to keep the current two-day a week schedule for trash pick-up in unincorporated Palm Beach County. What does this mean for Boca Pointe? The current schedule will not change, your voices were heard by the Palm Beach County Commission. Thank you all for speaking out on behalf of our community
Barry J. Haberman Chairman
Kathleen O Donovan General Manager
IMPORTANT NOTICE PLEASE READ
At the July 18, 2018 Meeting of the Solid Waste Authority Governing Board voted to direct SWA staff to create a 2019 collection contract bid that includes an automated / semi-automated once a week curbside collection schedule for residents living in unincorporated Palm Beach County.
Given this direction, the current six-day work week would change to a five-day work week, and one standardized 96-gallon garbage container would be provided to all unincorporated residential curbside units. If you are located in a condominium or community which provides a dumpster area this would not affect your current situation.
The Governing Board will vote at their meeting next Wednesday August 29, 2018 at 9:00AM, we are encouraging all Boca Pointe Residents to please contact the Board of County Commissioners to express your thoughts prior regarding this change prior to the vote.
We encourage you to make your voice heard by contacting the Palm Beach County Commissioners via email or phone (561) 355-2204.

Blue Diamond Pool is looking at Monday August 20 to drain and acid wash the pool at the Palms. (Weather permitting) It probably will be closed for the whole week depending on how many days it takes to fill the pool back up.
